We are a US-based Medicare/Insurance agency helping people on Disability & Medicare unlock hidden benefits. We generate warm leads every day, and we need a professional Appointment Setter to follow up with leads, build rapport, and get them scheduled on our calendar.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with new leads via SMS, phone calls, and email.

Use scripts & templates (provided) to nurture prospects.

Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows with reminders.

Update lead status in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Provide daily reporting on activity and results.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or inside sales VA.

Confident, friendly, and persuasive on the phone.

Comfortable working US hours (EST or CST).

Reliable internet + quiet working environment.
