As we grow, we are investing in a custom-built ERP and company operations portal that will streamline our internal processes, enhance compliance, and improve day-to-day efficiency across the organization.

We are seeking a Web Developer (Contractor) to design and develop our ERP-driven company operations portal — a secure platform where administrators and staff can log in to access Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage records, store and share documents, and support company workflows.

Role Overview
The Web Developer (Contractor) will play a critical role in building the back end of our ERP-based company portal. This role involves developing secure login functionality, admin dashboards, document storage and management tools, and integration with core operational functions (HR, scheduling, compliance, and reporting).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a secure company portal for internal staff and admin users.
- Build backend systems to manage SOPs, staff records, scheduling, compliance documents, and reporting.
- Create a document storage and management module for uploading, organizing, and accessing company files.
- Implement role-based access controls for different user levels (admin, HR, caregiver, etc.).
- Design and integrate dashboards to track company operations and KPIs.
- Ensure portal security, data protection, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
- Work with leadership and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional modules.
- Provide technical documentation and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with ERP or portal development.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies (PHP, Python/Django, Node.js, or C#).
- Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of secure authentication (OAuth, JWT, SSO) and role-based access controls.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and company operations workflows (HR, scheduling, compliance, documentation).

Preferred Skills
- Experience developing portals or intranet systems for healthcare or home care companies.
- Understanding of HIPAA or local healthcare compliance regulations.
- Cloud hosting/deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- API integration with third-party apps (HR, payroll, scheduling).
