About Us

Phis Beauty Bar is a luxury brow studio and academy based in New York, USA. We specialize in high-end brow services including lamination, tinting, waxing, and Nano brows. Beyond services, we are an international education company, offering both in-person and online training courses for aspiring and advanced brow artists who want to master their craft and grow six-figure beauty businesses.

We are now expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our reach, run our campaigns, and close new student enrollments.

Responsibilities
• Run and manage marketing campaigns for our in-person and online courses (Facebook Ads, Instagram campaigns, Email marketing, etc.)
• Actively respond to leads across different platforms (social media, email, inquiries from ads, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
• Use strong sales strategies to build rapport with leads, present the value of our trainings, and close sales
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions
• Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and closed sales

Requirements & Skills
• Proven sales experience with the ability to close leads and hit targets
• Experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, or similar platforms)
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with strong follow-through
• Passion for the beauty and education industry is a big advantage

Compensation
• Base pay (to be discussed based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses: You will receive additional compensation for every course seat you successfully close.
