Graphic Designer – Email & Ad Creatives
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring creativity and performance together. You’ll be designing and implementing email campaigns inside Klaviyo, as well as creating static ad creatives for paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Your Responsibilities:
Design visually engaging emails and implement them directly in Klaviyo.
Make sure emails are responsive, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand style.
Create static ad creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Produce ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimization.
Work with our marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas that drive clicks and conversions.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Qualifications:
Strong design portfolio showcasing email and ad creative work.
Proficient in Canva, or similar design tools.
Experience designing and coding emails in Klaviyo (required).
Knowledge of ad creative specs for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid platforms.
Detail-oriented with an eye for typography, layout, and conversion-focused design.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Motion graphics or video editing experience.
Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Past work with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.

Work Setup & Compensation:
Full-time, remote position.
Flexible working hours, but must be able to meet deadlines and attend weekly check-ins.
Pay: $500/month (depending on experience and skills).
Long-term opportunity with room for growth.
