About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Client Success Specialist to work closely with our Senior Client Success Manager. In this role, you’ll handle the operational, administrative, and coordination tasks that keep client accounts running smoothly. Your focus will be on execution - ensuring deliverables are on track, client communications are timely, and project details are always up-to-date.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process, and providing behind-the-scenes support to help senior tea ---------- mbers focus on strategy and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication Support
Monitor and triage client messages daily, responding to basic inquiries or escalating to the Senior CSM when needed.
Follow up with clients on pending action items, deadlines, and outstanding requests.
Send briefs or content requests to internal teams based on client needs.
Assist in preparing and sending post-meeting summaries and updates to clients.

Project & Task Tracking
Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) with current task statuses, due dates, and deliverables.
Log escalation/risk issues as directed by the Senior CSM.
Keep internal dashboards, trackers, and KPI sheets accurate and current.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on stalled or delayed tasks.

Operational & Admin Support
Process website ticket requests and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate team.
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on deliverables prior to client delivery.
Maintain and organize SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and reports for client calls.
Help schedule client onboarding/kickoff meetings.
Take detailed meeting notes and distribute summaries to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
2+ year of experience in client success, account coordination, or project support (agency experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like ClickUp (or similar PM platforms), Slack, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced remote environment.

CSM has increased bandwidth for high-level strategy and client relationship work.
Project timelines, trackers, and deliverables are always accurate and up-to-date.
Client communications and follow-ups happen promptly and without missed details.
Processes, playbooks, and SOPs remain organized and easy to use.
