1) Project Summary

MeepleCrate is a board?game rental service with local delivery/collection. The platform has three portals—Public, Member, and Admin—backed by a shared API and single Postgres database. Operations include inventory intake, reservation, checkout/delivery, returns/inspection (with weight/RFID checks), maintenance, billing (subscriptions + fees), and customer support.
