Rate: $3/hour | Hours: 15-30/week (Part - Full-time)
Location: 100% Remote

About Me
I’m Janine – I’ve built my women empowerment project all on my own to over 70k followers and now I’m looking for a creative, reliable Social Media VA to grow with me.

I need someone who:
? Has humor and immediately gets the vibe
? Brings in fresh ideas (I love new input!)
? Is flexible with working hours
? Truly wants to be on my side and grow together with this project

The goal is to post 4x per day – easy content pieces, but ones that speak directly to our audience’s minds and have the potential to go viral.

What You’ll Do
- Promote my eBook & online course
- Create new eBooks with me
- Research, plan & schedule content for Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
- Edit short-form videos (basic Reels editing)
- Write engaging captions that connect with women
- Repurpose high-performing content across Reels, Stories & Posts
- Reply to DMs & engage with the community
- Reach out to brands for collabs & shoutouts
- Track performance with simple AI tools & reports
- Stay on top of trends, sounds & viral content

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in content creation (bonus: women/lifestyle niche)
- Have strong English writing skills
- Are proactive, creative & passionate about Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
- Can spot and jump on trends early
- Are reliable, organized & detail-oriented
- looking for a long-term position
