JOB OVERVIEW

Murray Marketing Services is looking for a Creative Specialist to join our team and support client campaigns and internal projects. This new role is ideal for someone who loves video editing, creating ad concepts, and building digital marketing assets. You’ll work directly with the owner (Nathan) as his creative right-hand, helping bring marketing ideas to life.

We specialize in Google Ads, paid social, website design (Duda, WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel), AI system integrations, email marketing, and SEO. Currently run by the founder, Nathan (26), we’re expanding with a Creative Specialist to help us deliver next-level results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Video & Audio Production

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut Pro, Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Add captions, music, transitions, and branding to optimize for social platforms.
• Use AI voiceover tools (Eleven Labs or similar) to create high-quality audio for ads.

Creative Strategy Support

• Brainstorm ad angles, creative hooks, and campaign themes.
• Assist in testing new creative formats and tracking what works.
• Brainstorm social media content and captions for both Murray Marketing Services LLC and our clients.
• Guidance and training provided where necessary.

Key Qualifications

• English Proficiency: Strong written/spoken communication skills.
• Video Editing: Strong experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• AI Tools: Willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT, Ideogram, and Arcads.
• Reliability: Must be proactive and dependable.
• Creativity: Willing to come up with ideas on your own at times.

Compensation & Hours

• Rate: $1000 - $1200+ USD/month (depending on skills & experience).
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week (6-8 hours/day depending on skills & experience). If you are very skilled, this will grow quickly.
• Contract Basis: Independent Contractor.
