The Role
We are seeking a Web & Digital Support Specialist to provide ongoing client-facing technical, creative, and marketing support. This role is less about projects and more about handling time-consuming support tasks so the web team can focus on larger initiatives.
Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing client websites, managing digital assets, and supporting daily operations across web platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and CRM automation. You’ll be the go-to for client requests, ensuring responsive and reliable support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, fluent in English, and skilled at managing multiple priorities, working closely with both clients and internal teams to keep websites updated, campaigns running smoothly, and processes efficient.
Website Maintenance & Updates
• Add/update content: ie news releases, investor presentations etc.
• Publish content in line with SEO best practices.
• Update navigation menus and ensure all links are functional.
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile optimization after edits.
• Implement security updates and plugin/theme patches as required.
SEO Optimization
• Update on-page SEO.
• Monitor site speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO health.
• Research relevant keywords.
• Recommend content improvements for organic ranking gains.
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation
• Set up lead capture forms, pop-ups, and funnel pages.
• Integrate GHL with website forms and Google Ads lead tracking.
• Test automation triggers to ensure smooth data flow to CRM.
Digital Asset Management
• Maintain an organized library of client content.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for web use.
Process Improvement & QA
• Test website updates before going live to catch formatting or functional issues.
• Document recurring fixes and create internal SOPs for common tasks.
• Suggest new tools or integrations to improve efficiency.
Experience Required
• WordPress (site updates, plugins, troubleshooting)
• GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, funnels)
• GoDaddy (domains, hosting, DNS management)
• Google Workspace / Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Admin)
• SEO basics (on-page, keywords, meta tags)
• Google Ads campaign support
• Graphic editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, or similar)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
