WordPress Web Development Virtual Assistant

We are a web development and digital marketing company serving international clients. We specialize in building and managing WordPress websites and are looking for a long-term, reliable Virtual Assistant with strong WordPress skills to join our team.

Position: WordPress Web Development VA
Work Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Paid weekly during probation, then semi-monthly

Responsibilities

Build and customize WordPress websites using themes and page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.)

Install, configure, and update plugins and themes

Perform website maintenance, backups, and security checks

Troubleshoot website errors and resolve issues quickly

Optimize sites for speed and SEO (basic on-page optimization)

Assist with content formatting and publishing blog posts/pages

Communicate daily via email, Slack, or project management tools (Trello/Asana)

Requirements

Proven experience with WordPress (please provide examples/portfolio)

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP preferred

Experience with Divi page builders

Familiarity with SEO best practices a plus

Reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and backup option

Strong communication skills in English

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Willing to learn and grow with the company
