Avid interest in Software Engineering and Design
Knowledge/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, other relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
2-5 years of overall software development experience, preferably in JavaScript programming language, and specifically in one or more of the following frameworks on the client side: AngularJS 1.x or 2, React/Redux, or EmberJS
1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following server-side technologies: NodeJS, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Python
1-3 years of experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB
Capable of learning new software engineering technologies Experience developing software in an Agile (Scrum/Scrum ban) environment preferred
Knowledge and experience with build tools (Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack)
Solid understanding of source control systems (Git preferred) Experience with at least one continuous integration tool
Solid understanding of unit testing methodologies, experience with at least one unit testing framework
