This role blends social media content creation with design support, making it perfect for someone who is both digitally savvy and passionate about home design.

Role Overview
The Social Media & Design Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand image online. In addition, this role may support our design team with elements of home build and renovation contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and post content across our social media platforms (photos, videos, stories, reels, graphics, etc.)

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging

Assist with the design portion of home build and renovation projects, including reviewing details, layouts, or design documents as needed

Collaborate with the team to highlight projects, showcase our work, and tell our story through digital content

Ensure all content reflects professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Experience or knowledge in home building, renovation, or design is strongly preferred

Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks reliably

Creative mindset with the ability to present construction/design work in an engaging and professional way
