JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I run a small but fast-moving design studio and I’m looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support ongoing daily tasks. I’m hoping to build a long-term working relationship with someone dependable who enjoys being a steady hand behind the scenes.

This role is 1–2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to grow as we develop trust. You’ll work closely with me to keep everything running smoothly.

Tasks may include:

Preparing invoice drafts and managing projection spreadsheets

Light project management support (keeping timelines and tasks organized)

Managing emails and scheduling meetings

Formatting proposals in InDesign (content provided)

Supporting light lead generation and cold outreach

Organizing project notes and updating shared task lists

Possibly helping delegate and follow up with junior designers on deliverables

You’re a great fit if you:

Have excellent written English and communication skills

Are detail-oriented, fast, and self-directed

Catch things others might miss and suggest better ways to do things

Are comfortable in a creative, fast-paced environment

Have a stable internet connection and daily availability during PH/US-friendly hours

Bonus if you have experience with:

InDesign (basic layout skills are fine)

Canva or light graphic design tasks
