Description: We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate company handling high-volume seller and buyer
leads. We need an Experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems Builder to design, optimize, and maintain our
CRM and automation systems.
Important: We are hiring a GHL systems builder FIRST and a real estate VA SECOND. If you cannot build,
document, and improve complex GHL workflows, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities: - Build & optimize GHL systems (pipelines, workflows, triggers, tags, custom fields) -
Design automation sequences to improve speed-to-lead and conversions - Manage AI integrations (GHL AI,
VAPI AI, multilingual setups) - Handle phone/SMS systems (Twilio or similar) - Document every workflow
clearly for the team - Monitor system performance and suggest improvements - Support team operations
only after systems are stable
Requirements: - Proven track record building advanced GHL systems for real estate - Strong expertise in
pipelines, automations, campaigns, tagging, reporting - Experience with AI integrations, SMS/phone setup,
calendar booking flows - Familiarity with seller/buyer pipelines and lead management - Excellent English
communication - Proactive problem solver
