Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Director of Lead Generation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers through phone calls and messaging via our real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your primary goal will be to build relationships, nurture leads, and drive sales opportunities for our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, follow up on inquiries, and maintain consistent communication to build trust and rapport.
CRM Management: Utilize our real estate CRM to track leads, update client information, and send targeted messages to potential buyers.
Lead Nurturing: Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable properties.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client questions or concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with company goals.
Reporting: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, including call volume, response rates, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software,
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance goals.
Availability: Flexible to work hours that align with our target market (may include evenings or weekends).
