Role Overview
Own day to day social for four beverage brands with a video first approach. These will be your channels that you will own end-to-end. You’ll plan content, script and cut short form videos, draft captions, collaborate with our designer on assets, schedule via Buffer (or alternative), manage community, and report performance. You’ll balance creative pace with brand safety (alcohol rules on some brands), and keep campaigns aligned with Amazon Store/A+ messaging, as well as wider business tone of voice.
These are brands that aim to be market leaders in the UK, taking on some of the biggest brands on store shelves. This is an opportunity to have something great on your CV, but to grow with the business and open doors to further opportunities.
Whilst we aim to offer a competitive salary, bonuses will be payable for great performance and we give all employees, including those remote, paid holidays.
The salary is shown as $780 per month, but this is based on a 20 hour week, at $9 per hour, so would be $180 per week
Business & Owner Overview
We are a consultancy supporting multiple clients on their E-Commerce and Brand launch journeys. We have an exciting opportunity covering one particular client who are launching four beverage brands to the UK in the coming months.
We require support specifically with this client and their four brands, both on the run up to launch and then on-going. This role will also encompass work on MKT Works as a brand / business. As our client base grows, there may be opportunities to expand hours and scope of the work.
The owner of the business is very hands on, very friendly and easy to work with. He believes in all employees, be that the UK or Overseas, are all one team. We have over 6+ years of working with VA’s / Designers / Web Developers in the Philippines and believe in fair pay, conditions and you being given the autonomy to do your job. Just like we ask for references about your working history, we are are happy to put you in touch with current or previous Filipino VA’s for you to be comfortable in working with us.
Key outputs for this role:
• A rolling 4 week calendar per brand that ships to schedule.
• Consistent weekly cadence across TikTok/Instagram, with smart syndication to FB/X/LinkedIn.
• A steady drumbeat of original or lightly edited Reels/TikToks that feel native, not ads.
• Community replies that are quick, on tone, and responsible.
• Clean tracking (link in bio + UTMs) and clear weekly reporting with next tests.
• Visual and message alignment with our Amazon Storefront/A+ and product availability.
Scope & Time Budget (typical 20h/week - varies by week though)
• Strategy & planning — 2-3h
• Scripting & filming coordination — 2–3h
• Editing (CapCut) & Canva builds — 4–7h
• Scheduling (Buffer) & link?in?bio/UTMs — 2–3h
• Community management — 2-3h
• Creator/UGC outreach & admin — 1h

This is by no means exact. You will be in charge of your own time to achieve the output required, with full autonomy. As some brands won’t launch until later in the year, you will have weeks where you may not be utilizing the full 20 hours, though we ask for flexibility in this when there are weeks that may take you slightly over.
