Overview
Headspace Media is a values-driven digital marketing agency helping home service and local businesses grow with integrity. We are expanding our technical team and are looking for a Web & Automation Specialist to maintain and develop websites, build automations, and support campaign execution across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a self-motivated generalist with strong technical chops who can move fast, stay organized, and know when to call in reinforcements.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Management
Maintain and update client websites built on WordPress (Elementor) and Wix
Work with internal teams to update content, creative, SEO tags, and tracking scripts
Build landing pages, surveys, forms, thank-you pages, and full funnels using Go HighLevel (GHL)
Ensure mobile responsiveness and speed optimization
Implement Cloudflare, hosting setup, and DNS configurations
Set up new domains and manage cPanel or similar hosting environments
Automation Systems
Build and maintain GHL automations (appointment scheduling, lead routing, tagging, SMS/email flows, etc.)
Optionally connect automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or webhooks
Collaborate with creative and CRM teams to ensure automation aligns with campaign goals
Maintain system documentation and SOPs for all automations
Create outbound and nurture campaigns using Reachinbox, GHL, or other tools
Clean lead lists using
Integrate cold outreach tools with CRM using webhooks and API calls
Pull lead lists from sources like Seamless.ai and ensure compliance with campaign segmentation
What You Bring
Strong experience in WordPress & Elementor (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus)
Familiarity with GHL workflows, forms, and CRM tools
Experience with or willingness to learn Zapier, Make, or custom webhook/API setups
Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and build systems from scratch
Comfort with DNS, hosting, and website deployment
Bonus: experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Figma) or collaboration with designers
Bonus: experience testing APIs using Postman or similar
