VA(virtual assistant) Cold calling real-estate leads

This is a full time position. Your average hours per week are expected to be 40 hours a week or more. The pay is $4 an hour.
Potential additional pay in multiple formats depending on performance, quality of work, hours worked, and other factors.

Working hours are 10am-8pm EST. NY time. pick any hours you want 7 days a week.
Usually paid on Sunday for the previous Sunday-Saturday work day.

I do not want to babysit you. Be honest about your hours, if you take a long break mark it down.

Any dishonesty on your part will lead to an immediate termination without warning. I hire people to save me time and stress not add to it.

An ideal candidate will have the following in addition to what was previously mentioned:
experience working with batch dialer.
Able to adjust their vocabulary according to managers feedback in calls.
Write down accurate summaries of successful calls along with lead and property information.
