Executive Assistant – Social Media Marketing Agency
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing social media marketing agency. This is a remote role where you’ll work closely with our team and clients, helping keep projects, communication, and content running smoothly.
Essential Skills
Communication: We value honesty, authenticity, and teamwork. You should be highly proficient in English (written and verbal) and comfortable communicating openly with both our team and clients.
Experience: At least 2+ years of full-time VA or executive assistant experience is preferred, especially with project or client management.
Writing Ability: This role involves writing captions, drafting client
Organization & Urgency: You must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once with a strong sense of responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
Downloading large client video files and organizing them in the company drive/project sheets.
Scheduling posts in social media management platforms.
Managing client content approvals, posting schedules, and daily reporting on project status.
Coordinating thumbnail requests, follow-ups, and YouTube scheduling.
Writing captions and content drafts in alignment with client brand voice.
Supporting client communication and onboarding through
Acting as a social media manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Project managing content among editors, tracking revisions, and ensuring client feedback is executed.
Maintaining clear communication with the team daily (morning and evening EST check-ins required).
Providing reports and analytics for the client’s social media accounts.
Occasional research work.
