Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Canada/US Time Zone)

SHINE Cleaning Services is a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in Quebec, Canada. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable cleaning services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We are scaling quickly and looking for a dedicated full-time Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow from $60k/month to $100k/month and beyond.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and persuasive Sales Representative to handle all inbound and outbound sales inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services, providing quotes, and most importantly, closing sales.

You must be fluent in English, have a strong internet connection, and a fast computer. The ideal candidate is personable, ambitious, and thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

- Handle all inbound leads (calls, emails, online inquiries) with speed and professionalism.

- Conduct outbound follow-ups with leads that did not convert right away.

- Guide potential clients through our services, pricing, and process confidently.

- Accurately input client details into our CRM and follow through until booking.

- Meet or exceed a benchmark close rate of 35?ross all sources.

- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth handoff of new clients.

Requirements

- Female candidate strongly preferred.

- Excellent spoken and written English (near-native fluency, minimal accent).

- Proven track record in sales, appointment setting, or customer conversions.

- Fast and reliable internet connection (required).

- Fast computer and professional work setup.

- Must be comfortable working full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

- Strong interpersonal skills: confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

- Driven personality: motivated by performance and earning potential.

Compensation Structure:

- Base Salary: $800 CAD/month

Performance-Based Commissions

- 35% – 50% close rate ? $15 per new recurring customer
- 50% – 65% close rate ? $25 per new recurring customer
- 65%+ close rate ? $50 per new recurring customer

Total Potential Earnings: $800 base + $600–$2,000+ in commissions monthly.
