What We’re Looking For

2+ years proven cold calling in Real Estate (REQUIRED) – no exceptions.

Elite English fluency – You must sound sharp, confident, and persuasive.

Proven objection handler – you know how to flip “no” into “let’s talk more.”

Experience with landlords/brokers/property managers is a big plus.

Independent thinker – no robots, no script readers, no hesitation.

CRM & follow-up discipline – you log every detail, you keep pipelines alive.

Self-driven & hungry – you want to win, not just show up.

Your Role

Make outbound cold calls to landlords & property managers.

Pitch corporate leasing and explain why we’re their best tenant.

Handle objections, overcome pushback, and take control of calls.

Qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and keep deals alive.

Record everything in CRM — precision, no sloppy notes.
