We’re The Mop & Broom, one of the fastest-growing premium home cleaning services in Fort Worth, TX. Our mission is simple: deliver the best cleaning experience in the city with high standards, relentless simplicity, and world-class customer care.

We’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Growth Specialist who can take inbound interest and turn it into long-term, recurring customers. If you love connecting with people, are confident on the phone, and know how to sell value (not discounts), we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound sales calls, web quote requests, and new customer inquiries.
• Convert leads into recurring cleaning customers at premium pricing.
• Run consistent follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email to close opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections and position our service as the best choice in Fort Worth.
• Work within our CRM to manage pipeline, track results, and maintain notes.
• Collaborate with our Ops/Customer Experience team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience required (closing or high-volume inside sales preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow a proven process.
• Comfortable working independently and being measured by results.
• A “figure it out” attitude — proactive, resourceful, and resilient.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (Texas timezone). WE MAY BE INTERESTED IN WEEKEND AVAILABILITY SO THAT IS A PLUS
