Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Operations professional to oversee and coordinate day-to-day processes in our Personal Injury Department. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and outstanding communication skills. A medical background is highly preferred, as the position involves working closely with medical records, treatment timelines, and injury documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations within the Personal Injury Department to ensure smooth case progression.
Ensure cases and tasks are progressing on schedule.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Track case progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Medical background (nursing, medical assisting, medical billing, or similar) strongly preferred.
Proven multitasking ability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Perfect English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in legal or medical case management systems is a plus.
