Football (Soccer) Sports Operations & Marketing Assistant
?? This is a remote full-time job. We are NOT looking for a consultant or business owner with multiple clients. We want a steady worker who desires to grow with us long-term within the company. We are also NOT looking for job hoppers.
I am a kind and understanding and supportive boss . I would really appreciate someone who is loyal and organized.
Our current VA is leaving and will train you up.
Must be able to receive constructive criticism in a positive way, not too overly sensitive.

Sports provider (Futsal, Football, Netball)
Based in Australia, expanding to the UK and beyond

Role Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service (enquiries & complaints)
Recruit league teams/players to maximize performance, sales & profitability
Manage incoming leads and ensure high conversion rates
Schedule sessions/leagues in booking system (pricing, season length, teams)
Ensure all teams pay match fees; chase outstanding fees appropriately
Maintain sufficient equipment for all events
Recruit, schedule, and manage Event Managers & officials
Build relationships with teams, customers, and coach officials
Keep accurate venue records and maintain strong venue knowledge
Source and negotiate new venues; manage contract renewals
Assist with developing/executing new concepts and trials
Manage social media marketing
Some accountancy admin
Run FB Adverts
Create adverts for social media (basic video editing + Canva)
Support new business setup- other business too
Handle admin tasks (including uploading invoices, PA duties)
Automate processes (AI experience valued)
Perform other tasks as needed to support the business
Grow the business and sources new venues
Create new business revenue streams
Requirements
Must speak with clear English/American voice
Must have excellent references and verifiable steady work history
We will verify all references provided
No job hoppers – looking for a stable, long-term tea
Must be highly organized to implement new processes
Must have a good, stable internet connection
Must have skills with Canva and an account
Must be available to work Perth, Australia time zone (AWST, UTC +8) after training
Must be happy with specialized time tracking, screen monitoring, and productivity monitoring tools being used to monitor work output.
Knowledge/interest in football (soccer) is preferred but not essential
Pay & Benefits
Weekly pay via Wise, every Friday
Pay rate: Starting rate of $2.59 AUD per hour
per week (Mon–Fri, 8.5 hrs/day) 8 hours paid a day, 30 mins unpaid break
Training period (first 4 weeks): Hours 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (to align with UK time zone)
$100 aud bonus after 1 years service.
Standard hours after training: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM PM Perth time (includes 30-min unpaid break)
After 3 months probation: Potential for flexi time ( TBC with manager)
Potential for further pay increases as business grows.
1 day off a month paid
5- 7 days off at xmas ( starting xmas 2026)
Remote full-time role with potential to grow
You will be the first office staff member, giving you a head start to grow within the business
