JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote

We are a fast-growing U.S. credit services company helping clients improve their financial lives. We’re looking for a high-level Executive VA / Client Success Specialist who wants to grow with a company long-term.

This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone smart, organized, and proactive who can take ownership and help our leadership team operate more efficiently.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting a growing company, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM and client onboarding processes
• Support leadership with reporting, organization, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients and referral partners professionally
• Help improve systems, workflows, and documentation
• Assist with client success and ongoing account support
• Help maintain organization across multiple business systems


Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as an Executive VA, Executive Assistant, or Client Success Specialist
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong CRM and technical skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Positive attitude and growth mindset

Experience with Credit Repair Cloud or DisputeFox is a plus, but not required.
