UK Property VA

(Previous UK Property Experience Required)

We are a UK property investment business seeking a Remote VA to help source and manage property leads.

Responsibilities:
- Search property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.) for suitable deals that fit our criteria
- Call estate agents to book viewings and gather property information
- Assist with property valuations (training provided)
- Keep property pipeline spreadsheets and notes updated

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/Americanised accent is mandatory)
- Previous UK property market experience is mandatory (estate agency, lettings, property management, acquisitions, etc.)
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Reliable internet and home working setup
