About Us

We use aviation and technology to reach the world’s most isolated people in need. We provide access to medical care, disaster relief, community development, and the hope of the Gospel. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Junior Power BI Developer who wants to learn, grow, and use data to make a tangible difference. The role combines real-world projects with structured on-the-job training that leads to Microsoft Certified Power BI Developer status.

Who You Might Be

You don’t have to tick a traditional “data degree” box. Great candidates often come from varied paths, such as:
• Aspiring or junior data analysts who already dabble in reporting tools.
• Data “formalists” who love bringing structure and rigour to messy spreadsheets.
• Math teachers or numeracy tutors keen to apply their number-sense outside the classroom.
• IT support or help-desk agents ready to move from troubleshooting hardware to uncovering insights in data.

If numbers speak to you and you enjoy helping others understand them, we want to hear from you.

Other requirements - important:
Time management and Deep Work (dive deep into work no outside interference)!

Key Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Visualisation – Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Data Quality Management – Spot anomalies (remember: 100 ? 100 000) and champion clean, trustworthy data.
• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering –
• Engage users to capture reporting needs in plain language.
• Work closely with data engineers and software developers to keep data pipelines healthy.
• Learning & Certification – Complete hands-on tasks and formal training toward the Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst credential.
• Continuous Improvement – Adopt and share best practices in data modelling, analytics, and visual storytelling.

What You’ll Gain

• Real-world impact – Your dashboards help aircraft deliver aid and hope.
• Mentoring & certification path – Guidance from senior analysts plus funded exam vouchers.
• Career mobility – Progression to analyst or developer roles as your skills grow.
• Mission-focused culture – Work with people who care deeply about serving remote communities.

How to Apply

Send your one page resume and a brief cover letter explaining how your background—whether as a data analyst, “data formalist,” maths teacher, IT support agent, or something else—has prepared you to thrive in this role.
