Administrative and clerical work:
- Draft, issue and store official dispatches, papers, contracts and documents in accordance with regulations.
- Manage seals, legal records, personnel records and important documents of the company.
- Receive, classify, transfer and track incoming/outgoing official dispatches accurately and promptly.
Support management and coordination of office work:
- Organize, arrange and manage work schedules and meeting schedules of leaders and departments.
- Prepare meeting rooms, documents, minutes, record and summarize meeting content.
- Receive and guide customers and partners to work at the company.
Support human resources - accounting (basic):
- Synthesize timesheets, track leave, leave, and personnel-related policies.
- Coordinate with accountants in storing and processing documents and invoices.
Reports & other tasks:
- Perform weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
- Support internal events, communications, and company logistics.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
