We're looking for a SALES SUPERSTAR to join our team to help grow our Australian eCommerce business.


WAGE:
You will be paid $500US per month + 1% of all sales you generate via phone, email and live chat. Our order value ranges from $20 to $30,000 +, so the commission can really be quite high. Payment will be paid weekly.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful applicant shall have the following;
- Availability between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
- A quiet and professional working environment (no noises from animals, babies etc)
- Fluent English speaking and writing (UK English, not US English)
- Sales experience and the ability to built rapport with customers. We want a warm and engaging representative that is focused on helping each and every customer to the fullest!

THE ONBOARDING PROCESS:
The successful applicant will first reply to this posting explaining why they're suitable for the position. They will then be asked to join a video chat via Skype where a series of basic questions will be asked. Once we deem you're suitable for the position training will start immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You will be in charge of all customer service during business hours. This includes:
- Taking phone calls
- Answering emails
- Speaking on live chat
- Following up customer leads (making calls)
- Processing orders
- Calling suppliers to ask questions and check stock
- Drafting quotations

WHAT TYPE OF STORE IS THE JOB FOR?
Our store covers many niches including B2C and B2B. Some customers are rough tradesmen and others are old ladies. You will need to accommodate and adapt to each customer.
