We are an adventure wedding photography and videography company capturing love stories in the most breathtaking corners of the world. We specialize in natural, emotive storytelling with an elevated timeless touch—and now we’re looking to bring that same energy into our post-production team. From culling and editing wedding galleries to preparing images for albums, social media, and marketing, we’re looking for a skilled Photo Editor who can help us deliver a consistent, elevated experience for our couples.

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Photo Editor who understands storytelling through images, has a strong eye for detail, and can bring consistency across a full wedding gallery. You’ll be working with wedding photographs to curate, cull, and edit them in alignment with our brand’s romantic, adventurous aesthetic.

What You’ll Do

WEDDING PHOTO EDITING
- Cull large sets of wedding images to select the best ---------- nts and maintain strong storytelling flow
- Edit images in Lightroom + Photoshop to match our brand’s timeless, natural, and emotional style
- Perform color correction, retouching, and skin tone adjustments while keeping edits natural and elevated
- Prepare final galleries for delivery to clients (export, organization, backups)
- Create resized, optimized versions of images for albums, prints, and online use
- Edit teaser images for quick client delivery right after wedding/elopement sessions

MARKETING + BRAND IMAGES
(We will focus on this during our slow season)

- Prepare select images for social media, website, blog, and marketing materials
- Add subtle, brand-consistent edits for content marketing campaigns
- Occasionally create presets/templates for consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate on creative ideas for showcasing work across platforms

You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have strong experience with photo editing and retouching (weddings preferred)
- Are proficient in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
- Understand consistency in editing style and can match a brand’s visual identity
- Are comfortable culling large sets of files efficiently
- Know how to maintain natural skin tones, true-to-life colors, and cinematic depth
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote creative team
- Have availability that overlaps with Canadian Time (at least a few hours/day during training)
- Bonus: Experience editing adventurous/nature-filled wedding galleries

- Pic-time (for galleries), Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
