Social Media Manager | Copywriting | Video Editor

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our social media studio. Ideally we’re looking for someone with experience who can take ownership of execution from day one, while bringing their own creativity and ideas to the table. You’ll manage content creation, editing, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms, while supporting strategy with research, reporting, and insights.


Key Responsibilities

- Create social media content (graphics, short-form video, carousels) using Canva, CapCut, and other tools
- Edit video content for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn (including text overlays, captions, and platform-native editing apps)
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media posts and campaigns
- Schedule and publish content across IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, mentions)
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and best practices to inform strategy
- Prepare regular meeting reports and performance analysis with actionable insights
- Handle other administrative tasks


Requirements

- 3+ years proven experience in social media management or similar
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong video editing skills
- Graphic design skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Notion (bonus: Adobe Suite, Gohighlevel, or other pro tools)
- Familiarity with IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and their algorithms
- Sense of aesthetics, design, and storytelling
- Organised, reliable, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working freelance, full-time, and managing projects independently
- Bonus: Interest in health & wellness, experience with AI tools, or process optimisation
