Role Summary
We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to help our clients dominate local search, increase organic traffic, and stay ahead of AI-driven changes. This role matters because it ensures our clients achieve ROI from organic channels—building trust, leads, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize client Google Business Profiles and boost Local Pack rankings.
- Conduct technical site audits and resolve issues (schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors).
- Develop and optimize long-form guides, blog posts, and structured FAQs for AI/voice readiness.
- Manage local citations and directory listings with consistency.
- Build and manage backlink campaigns for authority growth.
- Maintain live dashboards and deliver SEO reports that connect rankings to revenue.

You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2+ years of SEO experience, with proven results in local and technical SEO.
- Can share reports, SEO blogs, case studies, or other data samples showing your past work.
- Communicate SEO wins clearly without jargon.
- Collaborate well with designers, strategists, and automation experts.
- Stay curious and adaptable as AI and search continue to evolve.
