We are an Australian-based house cleaning company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
2. Respond to customer questions and complaints via phone call and
3. Provide service quotes & follow up with the leads.
4. Book new jobs, assign jobs to teams, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
5. Provide teams with support relating to jobs they are conducting
6. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time
A$6.5/hr (Australian Dollars) to start, with $0.50/hr raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months.
