Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Listings Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in e-commerce platforms to help manage and optimize our online store presence. This role requires a strong ability to focus on repetitive tasks, effective communication skills, and the initiative to learn new systems and processes as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings across multiple platforms, including List Perfectly, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, and Amazon.
• Upload and refresh product photos to maintain quality and consistency.
• Optimize product titles and descriptions with SEO-friendly keywords to maximize visibility.
• Regularly refresh and adjust pricing to stay competitive in the marketplace.
• Monitor platform performance and make recommendations for listing improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of product details across all channels.
• Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to align on goals and updates.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12 months of hands-on e-commerce experience (across at least one major platform such as eBay, Poshmark, or Amazon).
• Familiarity with List Perfectly or similar cross-listing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tedious/repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools as needed.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with SEO practices for e-commerce listings.
• Knowledge of product photography or photo-editing tools.
• Understanding of competitive pricing strategies.
