We’re Jeng — a mixologist-inspired sparkling cocktail brand infused with legal hemp-derived THC. We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help us connect with wellness, lifestyle, and “sober-curious” micro-influencers.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for researching and reaching out to U.S.-based micro-influencers (1k–20k followers) on Instagram and TikTok, inviting them to try Jeng for free. You’ll use a provided message template, lightly personalize it, and track responses in a shared Google Sheet.

Responsibilities
Research micro-influencers that align with Jeng’s brand (wellness, mindful drinking, lifestyle, events).
Send outreach DMs using our templates (with light personalization).
Track influencer info (handles, follower count, engagement rate, outreach status) in a shared sheet.
Communicate clearly and provide daily/weekly updates.

Requirements
Strong written English skills.
Familiar with Instagram and TikTok.
Organized and detail-oriented (comfortable with Google Sheets).
Experience in influencer outreach or virtual assistance is a plus.
Reliable internet connection.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $4-7 USD/hour (depending on experience).
Flexible schedule; part-time to start (10 hours per week).
