Overcome Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping local service-based businesses dominate their markets. We’re looking for an experienced Cold Outreach Specialist who can drive qualified appointments and conversations through outbound strategies.

Responsibilities

Research and build highly targeted lead lists (local service industries in the U.S.)

Write and personalize outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)

Manage outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or similar

Track open rates, replies, and booked calls inside our CRM

Work closely with our sales team to refine targeting and messaging

Deliver daily progress reports and KPIs

Requirements

Proven experience in cold outreach / appointment setting / lead generation

Strong copywriting and personalization skills

Familiar with cold email tools, list building tools, and LinkedIn automation

Fluent in written English, clear and professional tone

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven

Able to hit response and appointment-setting targets
