Appraisal Assistant Researcher (More than data entry) Must have own Software & Complete Report 95% to submit

Seeking an experienced appraisal assistant to support residential and small-income appraisal work. This role is not basic data entry. You will research, verify, QC, & assemble clean appraisal reports for final review.

You may use any appraisal software (TOTAL, ACI, ClickFORMS, or similar) as long as you can complete and send files for collaboration.

Common forms: 1004, 1007, 1025, Condo, 2–4 Family, REO, ERC

Must Haves

• Your own appraisal software
• Experience completing AMC appraisal reports
• Strong comp research, grids, narratives, and exhibits
• Accurate photo labeling and organization
• Zero-error mindset

What You’ll Do

• Property & legal, condition & market research
• Build & verify comparable sales condition values
• Prepare maps, read purchase contracts, & label all photos
• QC report revision return files 95% complete & clean with min oversight.

Experience Required

• 1+ year appraisal support experience
• MLS, Zillow, county data, FEMA, Google Earth
• Strong English and math accuracy
• Knowledge of Memphis, TN, MS, & AR markets
• FAST internet & Any Time zone availability - Return reports next morning.
