I am currently looking for a top quality virtual assistant who will help with our day-to-day business tasks related to creating listing, marketing and managing Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Etsy, and other various marketplaces.

MUST BE ABLE TO USE INKFROG

We are able to provide the following:
Product Photos
Basic product information
Example Listings (for reference)
Spec sheets

Expectations:
Create Keyword rich titles
SEO product descriptions (HTML format)
Bullet points
Search terms
Managing eBay store and promotions

BASIC TASK

1. Create new products on Amazon/Ebay from links on another website. This will include the picture, bullet points (or creating them if not present), item description, keywords, and SEO.

2. Be able to create variations on current Amazon/eBay listings, and create new listings with multiple variations.

3. Optimize current Amazon/Ebay items by updating keywords and SEO. Utilize software similar to ASIN Inspector or Merchant Words as well as Google keywords.

Daily Email: In addition, for the first few months I would like a short daily email report that answers the following questions.

1. What did you accomplish today?

2. Is there anything you need help with or do you have questions?

3. Do you have any suggestions to improve things ?

Skill Sets Required:

• Excellent Written English
• Sales Copyright Skills to Build Amazon Product Listing Pages
• Ecommerce background must have worked on MORE than 3 amazon / eBay accounts
• Great understanding of google, eBay and Inkfrog
• SEO Background
• Keyword Research
• Must be able to think creatively.
• Friendliness, positivity, professionalism, and being highly organized and detail orientated is a must.
• Responsible for researching and staying up to date on what is popular and on trend in many different aspects of Sports outdoors and kitchen
