Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Guest Support & Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

All Hours (On-Call / As Needed)
Review and approve reservations, including risk screening
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and urgent guest matters
Provide timely phone and message support for guests
Coordinate with cleaners and vendors for special guest requests
Approve or arrange early check-ins and late checkouts


Office Hours (Regular Schedule)
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and replacements
Manage guest claims and issue resolution with booking platforms
Monitor smart home devices and building systems
Oversee inventory, supply orders, and vendor scheduling
Handle payment disputes and failed transactions
Communicate with guests regarding property updates or service interruptions

Requirements
Prior experience with Airbnb hosting, property management, or hospitality operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during high-pressure situations
Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Airbnb’s host tools and smart home technology
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays for urgent issues
