Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage and optimize CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to support business development.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns).

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
