Product Development & Quality Assistant

We are a growing Swedish brand in the health & wellness sector, creating compression socks and functional socks with a strong focus on sustainability and design. Our business is expanding with new product lines, and we are looking for a highly organized assistant to support us with:

* Following up with suppliers on samples, orders, and delivery dates
* Collecting and organizing material certificates and sustainability documents
* Tracking packaging, yarns, and raw materials to ensure they are available before production starts
* Maintaining quality checklists and logs for product samples and production
* Preparing weekly reports on product development and delivery status
* Keeping data structured in Google Sheets/Drive

This is not a design role – you will not create products yourself. Instead, your job is to make sure the process flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and documentation is accurate.
