Sales Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth communication with customers and suppliers, and supporting the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process orders: confirm details with customers, place and verify orders with suppliers, and maintain proper order records.

Oversee company email: organize inbox, clear spam, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and post product updates regularly.

Handle basic website management: update product listings and respond to customer messages.

Support the manager with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficient in QuickBooks.

Familiar with Shopify backend operations.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Able to manage and create content for social media platforms.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
