???? Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Hours) – Podcast & Podia Support

Hi there! I’m Dr. Trina Read — an author, speaker, and sensuality expert. I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and tech-savvy **Virtual Assistant** to help me grow my work and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is for you if you love being organized, enjoy reaching out and connecting with people, and are comfortable playing around with online tools like Podia. You don’t have to know *everything*, but you should be eager to learn and take initiative.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
1. **Podcast Guest Support**
* Manage a calendar for podcast guest bookings
* Follow up with guests and share important info before recording

2. **Podcast Outreach**
* Research podcasts in related fields (relationships, personal growth, sensuality, etc.)
* Send a pitch + media kit to the right podcasts
* Book confirmed interviews into the calendar

3. **Podia Website & Sales Pages**
* Build sales pages for my courses and books inside Podia
* Update/redesign my Podia site ( ---------- ) to match my brand colors and fonts

4. **Weekly Newsletter**
* Draft, design, and send a weekly newsletter using Podia

What I’m Looking For:
* Strong written English (friendly, professional tone)
* Organized and detail-oriented (you love checklists and follow-ups)
* Experience with Podia (or Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific — similar platforms)
* Comfortable with online research and outreach
* Basic design sense (Canva or similar is a bonus)
* A “get it done” attitude — proactive and resourceful

Work Details:
**Hours:** Around 10–20 per week to start (room to grow if it’s a good fit)
**Schedule:** Flexible, but please be available for at least 2 hours overlap with North American time (MST/MDT)
**Pay:** \$4–7 CDN/hour (depending on experience)
**Commitment:** Looking for someone long-term who can grow with me
