As our In-House Finance Coordinator, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring that our financial operations are precise, compliant, and efficient, so our educators and artists can focus on what they do best.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including tuition tracking, retail income tracking, accounts receivable, and operational performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Streamline and improve financial processes for greater speed and efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights to support sound decision-making.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance management.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy under pressure.
