We’re looking for a Full-Time Social Media Manager who loves content, understands marketing, and wants to grow with us long-term.

What we need from you:
- Come up with creative content ideas and video concepts.
- Help write and structure scripts (using AI tools when needed).
- Analyze competitors and trends to see what works best.
- Build simple content strategies for clients.
- Publish and manage videos on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Run basic paid ads to boost content performance.
- Track what performs best and adapt content accordingly.

What you should have:
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Examples of accounts you’ve helped grow or videos you’ve worked on.
- Good understanding of marketing basics and social media growth.
- Strong English (written + spoken).
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about content.
- Desire to deliver real results — not just do tasks.

Most of our work is focused on the legal industry, so you’ll be helping manage social media for lawyers and law firms as well as content for our own agency.
