You’ll be the first point of contact, managing calls, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our agents can focus on what they do best. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding experiences to clients and prospects
- Manage phone calls and voi
- Document all communications in client and prospect management systems
- Relay messages and inquiries to the team, including underwriting and billing
- Develop proficiency in company systems and processes
- Facilitate the delivery of insurance documents to clients and relevant parties
- Process client payments and manage cancellation and onboarding calls
- Perform various non-licensed customer service tasks
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service
- Laptop & monitor or PC with two monitors
- Stable Internet Connection
- Fluent in the English Language both Written and Verbal

- Experience working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in United State time zones
- Detail Oriented
- Strong computer skills & ability to learn new programs
