Peninsula Insurance Services is growing fast, and we need a Receptionist who knows how to make every caller feel valued. You’ll be the first point of contact, managing calls, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our agents can focus on what they do best. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding experiences to clients and prospects
- Manage phone calls and voicemail messages
- Document all communications in client and prospect management systems
- Relay messages and inquiries to the team, including underwriting and billing
- Develop proficiency in company systems and processes
- Facilitate the delivery of insurance documents to clients and relevant parties
- Process client payments and manage cancellation and onboarding calls
- Perform various non-licensed customer service tasks

Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service
- Laptop & monitor or PC with two monitors
- Stable Internet Connection
- Fluent in the English Language both Written and Verbal

- Experience working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in United State time zones
- Detail Oriented
- Strong computer skills & ability to learn new programs
