Tether Insights is a behavioral research company focused on optimizing ad performance. We create and distribute content across YouTube, podcasts, and social platforms.

Role

We need a video editor who can:

Edit long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, interviews).

Cut into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions, ---------- s, fast pacing.

Work with our creator to package content for each platform.

Deliver fast turnarounds, recurring projects.

Requirements

Skilled with Descript (mandatory).

Experience with social-first edits (captions, ---------- integration, retention pacing).

Portfolio with long + short-form examples.

Remote availability, with some responsiveness in US mornings.

Pay

$4–$7/hour, contract.

Steady recurring projects.
