Viva Mexico is a vibrant, high-quality dining destination known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences. We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing & Events Coordinator to boost our private event bookings, catering sales, and overall guest traffic.
Your Role
You will be the driving force behind our outreach efforts—creating buzz, generating leads, and converting them into loyal customers. From private event sales to catering promotions to door-through traffic, your mission will be to keep our calendar full and our dining room busy.
Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, partnerships) to drive leads for private events and catering services
    •    Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community organizations
    •    Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries for events and catering
    •    Organize and promote in-house events to attract new and repeat guests
    •    Collaborate with our team to create promotional materials, menus, and packages
    •    Track leads, follow up, and close sales
    •    Analyze results to refine and improve marketing efforts
Skills & Qualifications
    •    Proven experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination (hospitality experience preferred)
    •    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    •    Social media savvy with an eye for engaging content
    •    Comfortable networking and building community connections
    •    Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
    •    Ability to work evenings/weekends for events when needed
