JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly organized Campaign & Content Coordinator to help run an upcoming marketing campaign for my health brand. This campaign promotes a free educational program (blogs, YouTube videos, emails, and social posts all tied together).

You’ll be part project manager (keeping everything organized and on track) and part implementer (helping schedule posts, update spreadsheets, and build systems).

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing a campaign calendar in Notion (or open to airtable)

Scheduling YouTube community posts and Instagram carousels/stories (with assets provided)

Helping upload and schedule blog posts and emails (with support from VA + email strategist)

Making sure links/UTMs are tracked correctly in Google Sheets

Providing weekly updates so I know the campaign is running smoothly

Spotting gaps or overlaps — keeping all pieces aligned

This role is project-based for 2–3 months, with the possibility to continue on future projects if it’s a good fit.

What I’m Looking For:

Very detail-oriented — you enjoy creating systems and and keeping things in order

Proactive — you take ownership and keep things moving without constant reminders

Tech-comfortable — you have experience with Notion, Kit, YouTube Studio, Canva, Google Docs/Sheets

Clear communicator — you send short, helpful updates so I know what’s happening
