About US
We are a small, fast-growing phone case and digital products brand based in North America known for trendy designs for Gen Z girls. We are hiring a dependable teammate to handle daily customer support and simple, on-brand social graphics.
Schedule and Compensation
• Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with some Eastern Time overlap
• Flexible work hours. You can choose your daily 4-hour window
• 300 CAD per month retainer, performance bonus after 60 days
• Independent contractor, remote

What you will do: Customer Support (about 3 hrs/day)
• Reply to
• Look up orders, update addresses, and make simple edits in Shopify
• Create replacements per policy. Share tracking and delay updates
• Keep the inbox tidy. Goal is same-day first response during your shift
• Log refunds, replacements, and edge cases in a shared sheet
What you will do: Social Graphics (about 1 hr/day)
• Create simple, on-brand graphics in Canva for: IG stories, IG feed squares or carousels, TikTok covers, Pinterest pins
• Build basic site banners and
• Resize and crop to platform specs. Add text overlays and light captions
• Light video trims in CapCut for UGC edits or stories
Tools you know
• Gmail or a help desk tool, Shopify, Google Sheets
• Canva is required. CapCut and Figma is a plus
• Klaviyo familiarity is a plus
